Recognising that our people are the backbone of the Company, we remained focused on creating a
conducive environment, adapting to emerging trends in the workplace and embracing diversity
and inclusivity across the organisation to create a fully-engaged, high-performance workforce.

Upholding the Trust of Malaysians
Through our product innovation and renovation drive coupled with operational excellence, we
continued to deliver a wide range of offerings tailored to meet consumers’ expectations for
taste, quality and nutrition.

Doing Well while Doing Good
Reflecting our Creating Shared Value approach, we extended our support to communities in need
through our various community programmes with RM15 million invested during the year,
channelled towards flood relief efforts, food donations and collaborations with
non-governmental organisations, amongst other activities.

Driving our ESG agenda
We made solid progress in our key sustainability efforts, including sustainable packaging
innovations, our community recycling programme, our reforestation project and completing our
transition to renewable electricity across our operations in Malaysia.
